锂电池保护芯片”集成电路布图设计侵权案被评为2020年中国法院10大知识产权案件
苏州赛芯电子科技有限公司（以下简称赛芯公司）申请登记了名称为“集成控制器与开关管的单芯片负极保护的锂电池保护芯片”的集成电路布图设计。赛芯公司认为，被告未经许可，复制、销售的芯片与涉案集成电路布图设计实质相同，侵害了涉案集成电路布图设计专有权，故诉至广东省深圳市中级人民法院。 - 2023-11-14 10:14:41
